Our pieces range from new with tags to gently pre-loved, with occasional items in fair vintage condition. Each product page includes a detailed condition description, and our photographs are taken to clearly show every detail so you know exactly what to expect. Full visibility into a piece’s condition is part of our commitment to thoughtful shopping.

Maison Réforme carefully inspects every item prior to sale and evaluates authenticity using brand-specific markers, construction details, materials, labels, and craftsmanship. We work with trusted consignors and established sources and take authenticity seriously at every step of our curation process.

For select high-value or rare handbags, third-party authentication may be used. In such instances, the buyer will receive the corresponding certificate of authenticity. Additional authentication can also be arranged upon request.

We currently ship in the USA only. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can view estimated shipping costs at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, reach out to us at hello@maisonreforme.com.

We understand that shopping online can be unpredictable, and we want you to feel confident in what you choose. For that reason, we accept returns for all unworn merchandise in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at hello@maisonreforme.com.

Yes, we do. If you’d like to exchange an item for something different or for store credit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Yes! We love providing a platform to give your special pieces a second life. Please email us photos of anything you would like to consign at hello@maisonreforme.com.

Your items are consigned for a standard 90-day term, beginning on the date they’re accepted into our collection. If an item remains unsold at the end of the term, you may choose to:

• Extend the term,
• Have us mail it back to you, or
• Approve a final discount or donation.
  

Any item not collected within 30 days after the term ends becomes property of Maison Réforme.

Maison Réforme offers a tiered commission model that reflects the value and craftsmanship of each piece:

• Premium Items (>$500): Consignor receives 70% of the selling price.
  
• Standard Items: Consignor receives 60%.
  
• Mid-tier or pieces requiring additional care like dry cleaning or repairs: 50%.
  

Maison Réforme will confirm pricing with the owner before items are listed on the site for full transparency.

Each piece is thoughtfully researched, photographed, and priced to balance value and sell-through. A gentle markdown schedule is used to encourage sale before the turn of the season:

• 30 days: up to 15%
  
• 60 days: up to 30%
  
• 90 days: up to 40% (with your approval)
  

Maison Réforme may include pieces in curated or sitewide promotions not exceeding 20% without your consent.

Payments are issued once sales are finalized, between 7-14 days after delivery to accommodate the return window.

Payment options include Zelle bank transfer or store credit (with a 10% bonus).

Yes, every item is reviewed for authenticity. If an item cannot be verified, it will be returned at the consignor’s expense.

If a third-party authentication service is required, a $25 fee may apply.

Yes, if you’d like to retrieve an item before the 90-day term ends, a $45 early removal fee applies to cover photography, shipping, and processing.

All photography and imagery created by Maison Réforme remains exclusive property of the brand. You may use Maison Réforme's photography to promote your items while they are listed on our site with appropriate credit given. Our photography may not be used for your personal sales outside of Maison Réforme.

We may use these images for:

• Website listings
  
• Social media
  
• Lookbooks
  
• Brand marketing
  

Even if an item is returned or unsold, Maison Réforme retains usage rights.
